We are happy to support your research project by reserving cells from a designated lot while you test them for your application.

If you have specific requirements, for example donor age, donor sex, or skin pigmentation level, please let us know so that we can provide you with cells from our inventory that most closely match your needs.

Matched sets of cells (for example keratinocytes and fibroblasts) from the same donor are now available on request.

Our cell reserve programme is subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of one vial of cells must be purchased at the time of establishing the reserve.
• A unique identification number will be assigned to your reserve – please state this number clearly when ordering to ensure receipt of the correct lot number.
• Reserves expire after 3 months of inactivity. We will always contact you prior to cancellation. The 3 month reserve period can be re-set by making a purchase.
• The maximum timeframe for any cell reserve is 12 months. Any vials not purchased within this time will be released into our general inventory. We will always contact you prior to the release date, to give you the opportunity to purchase any remaining vials.
• If you no longer require cells held on reserve, please let us know so that the cells can be made available to other customers who may seek the same specific donor characteristics for their research.
