Shipping Information
Monday to Wednesday: orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day by 48 hour courier service. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following day.
Regular shipments are not dispatched on Thursday or Friday in order to avoid prolonged transit times on dry ice over weekends.
Next-day delivery is available at any time by special request.
Courier charges are passed on at cost and added to your invoice. Please contact us for a quote to ship to your required destination.
Cell Reserve Programme
If you need to reserve cells from a specific lot while you test them for your application, ask us about our cell reserve programme.
Terms and Conditions
If any products supplied by us do not perform according to our published performance and quality standards, we will replace them at no charge, provided that they are used within the intended shelf life of the product and stored according to the recommended conditions. In the case of defective product, our liability shall be limited to product replacement, unless we are unable to deliver such replacement, in which case we will re-imburse the customer at the purchase price. In all its dealings with customers, XCellR8 Ltd shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss. XCellR8 Ltd’s liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order. All products supplied by XCellR8 Ltd are for research use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, or for use in in vitro diagnostic or clinical procedures.
